Hi! I’m Gabrielle Rosenfeld. I have spent my career with The Cheesecake Factory, Artist Point @ Wilderness Lodge in Walt Disney World, & La Vida Hospitality.
I have also spent the past 26 years battling severe Crohns’ Disease. While I can’t eat any of my delicious treats, you can!
